Pennsylvania polling shows presidential race in a dead heat and Senate tightening

The lat­est poll from Emer­son Col­lege of 1,000 like­ly vot­ers, released Tues­day, found that 48% of vot­ers sup­port Trump and 48% sup­port Har­ris for pres­i­dent in the all-impor­tant swing state.

Half of vot­ers expect Har­ris to win, while 49% expect Trump to win. The poll has a mar­gin of error of plus or minus 3 per­cent­age points. The num­bers reflect a small shift from ear­li­er in the month, when Trump was up 48% to Harris’s 47%.
The poll, con­duct­ed between Fri­day and Sat­ur­day, found that 51% of vot­ers think Trump is a bet­ter can­di­date for their finan­cial sit­u­a­tion, while 44% answered that Har­ris would be bet­ter.
