Con­ser­v­a­tives, includ­ing Trump admin­is­tra­tion offi­cials and GOP law­mak­ers, slammed the U.S. Supreme Court deci­sion on Tues­day that effec­tive­ly blocks the pres­i­dent from end­ing birthright cit­i­zen­ship, call­ing the rul­ing a “legal abom­i­na­tion” and an “atroc­i­ty.”
