A California woman was allegedly caught on camera by her husband pouring Drano into his drinks on several occasions.

Dr. Jack Chen fell ill in March and April with stomach ulcers, gastritis, and inflammation of the esophagus, according to his lawyer, Steven Hittelman, and became suspicious that his wife, dermatologist Dr. Yue Yu, was poisoning him. Chen set up nanny cameras in their kitchen and discovered the footage, from which screenshots have been submitted in Chen’s filing for a restraining order.

Yu was arrested Thursday after police completed a search warrant on the couple’s $2.5 million mansion in Irvine. Yu, who also goes by Emily, made her $30,000 bail and was released from jail Friday, court documents show.

Chen and Yu have been married 10 years and have two children together.

“If our children let Emily know that they enjoyed spending time with me, or showed affection toward me, then Emily would put them in their room and yell at them until they assured her they would not show affection toward me,” Chen wrote in his restraining order filing.
