Mela­nia Trump releas­es $245 neck­lace to ‘hon­or all moth­ers’

For­mer first lady Mela­nia Trump con­tin­ued her online retail ven­ture with a gold-ver­meiled neck­lace going for $245.
Trump appears to be tar­get­ing the Mother’s Day hol­i­day on May 12, as it is described on her web­site as “a cus­tomiz­able neck­lace designed by Mela­nia Trump to hon­or all moth­ers.” The three-leaf clover shape allows for the engrav­ing of names or dates. The back of every pen­dant includes her sig­na­ture.

“Let’s hon­or and cel­e­brate all moth­ers with love and grat­i­tude,” Trump wrote on social media, para­phras­ing the necklace’s name: “Her Love and Grat­i­tude.”
The once-first lady launched her own non-fun­gi­ble tokens in 2022. These NFTs, which are still list­ed on the site, are mint­ed by Solana blockchain pro­to­col, which means buy­ers pledge part of their pur­chase to the com­put­er that runs the blockchain soft­ware that is mak­ing the trans­ac­tion pos­si­ble.
