Trump’s bid to block Michael Cohen’s and Stormy Daniels’s testimony denied

For­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump’s bid to block porn star Stormy Daniels‘s and attor­ney Michael Cohen’s tes­ti­mo­ny in his hush mon­ey tri­al was denied.
Trump’s team argued that Cohen can’t be trust­ed because he’s a ser­i­al liar and that Daniels would attempt to mon­e­tize the tri­al. Man­hat­tan Dis­trict Attor­ney Alvin Bragg is attempt­ing to use them both as wit­ness­es in his attempt to con­vict Trump on 34 counts of busi­ness fraud.
Jus­tice Juan Mer­chan ruled on Mon­day that he will be able to.
