President Joe Biden walked over to greet and play with a baby in the crowd during a campaign event in Phoenix, Arizona, on Tuesday.
Biden walked off the stage during the event as his campaign manager, Julie Chavez Rodriguez, was speaking at an event aimed at Latino voters held at a Mexican restaurant in the Grand Canyon State.

The president could be seen playing with the baby and talking with the mother as Rodriguez discussed the importance of Latino voters for Biden’s reelection effort.
Rodriguez’s remarks were followed up by Luis Reyes, a student at Arizona State University who introduced the president. Biden then walked back onstage and joked that he “couldn’t resist” the baby in the crowd.
