On Tues­day, for­mer Pres­i­dent Don­ald Trump filed a brief to sup­port his claim that for­mer pres­i­dents should be immune to crim­i­nal pros­e­cu­tion for con­duct alleged to involve offi­cial acts dur­ing his tenure in office.
