GOP Wins Big In ‘Crucial’ Pennsylvania Mail Voting Lawsuit

In a deci­sion that may affect the swing state of Penn­syl­va­nia and pos­si­bly oth­er swing states, the U.S. 3rd Cir­cuit Court of Appeals reversed on Wednes­day the order of a fed­er­al dis­trict court and hand­ed the Repub­li­can Nation­al Com­mit­tee (RNC) a vic­to­ry regard­ing sig­na­ture ver­i­fi­ca­tion for mail vot­ing in Penn­syl­va­nia.
