RFK Jr. blasts legal efforts amid 2024 race and calls for ‘a fair fight’

Inde­pen­dent pres­i­den­tial can­di­date Robert F. Kennedy Jr. voiced his oppo­si­tion to legal chal­lenges against him­self and even Don­ald Trump ahead of the 2024 elec­tion.
Kennedy appeared on Fox News’s Jesse Wat­ters Prime­time Thurs­day to dis­cuss the snags his cam­paign have expe­ri­enced so far. The Demo­c­ra­t­ic Nation­al Con­ven­tion filed two com­plaints with the SEC against his cam­paign for accept­ing an exor­bi­tant dona­tion of $15 mil­lion and a super PAC that backs him, Amer­i­can Val­ues 2024, for not dis­clos­ing a $10 mil­lion loan that it has repaid 96% of. The loan was from author Gavin de Beck­er, and the dona­tions were from Tim­o­thy Mel­lon, who is the largest donor this pres­i­den­tial cycle.
