Jemele Hill con­demns Dwayne John­son for not endors­ing Biden: ‘Polit­i­cal cow­ardice’

Sports writer Jemele Hill spoke out against Dwayne “The Rock” John­son opt­ing not to endorse any can­di­date ahead of the 2024 elec­tions, call­ing it “polit­i­cal cow­ardice.”
John­son had endorsed then-can­di­date Joe Biden pri­or to the 2020 pres­i­den­tial elec­tion, explain­ing in a recent inter­view that he felt it was his job to use his influ­ence as a celebri­ty to endorse Biden. The actor and wrestler then added that he does not plan to endorse any­one in the Novem­ber elec­tions, a move Hill called “the most state­ment non-state­ment I’ve ever heard.”
