The Biden admin­is­tra­tion has set out to encour­age gen­der tran­si­tion attempts among fed­er­al bureau­crats, estab­lish­ing gen­der tran­si­tion sup­port plans, hold­ing train­ings push­ing Left-wing gen­der ide­ol­o­gy, and even telling fed­er­al employ­ees that refer­ring to some­one by bio­log­i­cal­ly accu­rate pro­nouns is dis­crim­i­na­tion.
In a doc­u­ment pub­lished by the Office of Per­son­nel Man­age­ment (OPM), effec­tive­ly the human resources depart­ment of the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment, the Biden admin­is­tra­tion com­mand­ed fed­er­al agen­cies to embed “gen­der iden­ti­ty inclu­sion prac­tices” through­out the bureau­cra­cy.
