Far-Left Green Par­ty Pres­i­den­tial Can­di­date Arrest­ed At Cam­pus Anti-Israel Protest

Green Par­ty pres­i­den­tial can­di­date Jill Stein was among the dozens of peo­ple who were arrest­ed dur­ing an anti-Israel protest at the St. Louis cam­pus of Wash­ing­ton Uni­ver­si­ty on Sat­ur­day evening.
Local NBC affil­i­ate KSDK report­ed that Stein, the far-Left Jew­ish polit­i­cal fig­ure who has sup­port­ed the BDS move­ment tar­get­ing Israel, spent six hours in police cus­tody and was released at around 1:30 a.m. on Sun­day morn­ing.
Video shared in a post from Stein’s account on X appeared to show the moment the can­di­date was detained. The post said Stein’s cam­paign man­ag­er, Jason Call, and deputy cam­paign man­ag­er, Kel­ly Mer­rill-Cay­er, were also arrest­ed.
