The House Over­sight Com­mit­tee is hold­ing its sec­ond hear­ing as part of its impeach­ment inquiry into Pres­i­dent Joe Biden.
The hear­ing, titled “Influ­ence Ped­dling: Exam­in­ing Joe Biden’s Abuse of Pub­lic Office,” is sched­uled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT from Capi­tol Hill.

The invit­ed guests for the hear­ing include Devon Archer, Tony Bob­u­lin­s­ki, and Jason Gala­nis. Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, was also invit­ed but has said he will not attend the hear­ing, despite call­ing for a pub­lic hear­ing rather than a closed-door depo­si­tion with the com­mit­tee. Hunter Biden sat for a depo­si­tion with the com­mit­tee ear­li­er this year.
