Biden Admin To Spend Near­ly $800k To Study Effects Of ‘Struc­tur­al Racism’ On Kid­ney Health

The Depart­ment of Health and Human Ser­vices (HHS) will spend near­ly $800,000 tax­pay­er dol­lars in an effort to cur­tail the effects of “struc­tur­al racism” on chron­ic kid­ney dis­ease by apply­ing Crit­i­cal Race The­o­ry to the field of health.
The whop­ping sum of $790,955 will be allo­cat­ed to Emory Uni­ver­si­ty in Atlanta, Geor­gia, to sup­port the institution’s attempt to “mit­i­gate the effects of struc­tur­al racism on chron­ic kid­ney dis­ease dis­par­i­ties among African Amer­i­cans.”
