Come­di­an and polit­i­cal com­men­ta­tor Bill Maher said on Fri­day that Pres­i­dent Joe Biden is suf­fer­ing poor approval num­bers because Amer­i­cans are “liv­ing with their head in the toi­let.”
Maher lec­tured Amer­i­cans dur­ing his mono­logue on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” Fri­day night, say­ing that “things are gen­er­al­ly pret­ty good,” adding, “wages are ris­ing, unem­ploy­ment is neg­li­gi­ble, the stock mar­ket is soar­ing, we some­how brushed off both the Trump pres­i­den­cy and the pan­dem­ic.”
